In this class, we seek to define and refine foundational Acro poses, transitions, and vocabulary. All levels are welcome. Beginners will be introduced to fundamental concepts in Acro, while intermediate and advanced practitioners will learn to make their practice more efficient and smooth, with step-up and step-down variations based on skill levels.
In this class, we’ll explore interesting transitions, puzzles, washing machines, flows, mono balances, free balances, whips, and pops. We’ll use progression-based problem solving and more advanced cueing to move quickly through material, while teaching additional dynamic spotting techniques to keep each other safe.
